A church may appear to be a place you go on Sundays to attend service, but the church is much more, including a fully functioning business and/or organization. The business nature of today’s churches makes administration a necessary function.

This behind the scenes ministry area has a vital and important role in the management of the church, it’s ministries and outreaches;  helping maintain order, excellence and accountability throughout the entire organization.

God has given each of us different and unique talents to use in the service of the church. One talent that certain people are given is that of administration–the ability to lead and manage the logistics of a church.

“So God has appointed some in the church [for His own use]: first apostles (special messengers); second prophets (inspired preachers and expounders); third teachers; then wonder-workers; then those with ability to heal the sick; helpers; administrators…”  – 1 Corinthians 12:28 (Amplified version)
